These terms cover your use of kumotown.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to them.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse and shop KumoTown as long as you use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, copy it, or misuse it (including scraping content or attempting to break into any part of the site).
Products and pricing
We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we find a pricing or listing error on an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you before charging or shipping, and you can choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Prices are subject to change without notice, and colors/details on 3D-printed citizens may vary slightly from photos.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it once it’s confirmed and payment is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors — in which case we’ll refund any payment already made.
Bulk orders of 50 or more citizens qualify for an automatic 20% discount, applied at checkout. Larger custom/bulk requests handled through a quote (see our Contact page) may carry their own agreed terms.
Shipping and returns
We ship within the United States. Shipping timelines are covered on our About page, and our return policy is covered in full on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
Intellectual property
The KumoTown name, logo, citizen character designs, and site content belong to KumoTown. You’re welcome to share photos of your own citizens for fun, but please don’t reproduce, resell, or reuse our designs, artwork, or written content without asking us first.
Limitation of liability
Our toys are small collectible items, not intended for unsupervised use by young children (please follow any age guidance on individual product listings). To the fullest extent permitted by law, KumoTown isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website; our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
